An Update Regarding Lockdown Measures

As you can imagine, we’re incredibly sad to be closing our doors for the 2nd time this year, as we believe that exercise and fitness are essential for not only physical health but mental health too. As such, we’re fully committed to providing our members and clients with the best service possible during this lockdown period.

With that in mind, we’re planning to move most of our services online during this time, with classes run on Zoom via Clubright, and PTs either through video calls or one to one PTs outdoors (if allowed – we’re still awaiting clarification from Boris and the Governing Bodies of the fitness industry). Therefore, so long as you continue to pay your monthly membership, you will have access to ALL online classes and we will loan you a piece of equipment for the month, using your membership fee as a deposit.  In addition we’ll be keeping you on your toes with regular challenges over on our Facebook page and you can access plenty of home workouts on our website.

Our class timetable will be updated and there will be at least 1 class most days, run through Zoom by one of our team. These will be bookable as normal through Clubright, the updated timetable will be as follows (to be confirmed):

Monday: Legs, Bums & Tums (5:30pm)

Tuesday: Strength Circuit (5:30pm) + HIIT Step (6:15pm)

Wednesday: HIIT With Heather (6:00pm)

Thursday: Lockdown Breakout (5:30pm)

Friday: Earn-A-Takeaway HIIT (5:30pm)

Sunday: Abs, Core & Coffee (10:00am)
