High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Mondays (5:30pm)

A high intensity, half hour exercise class designed to get you sweating and burn serious calories. A popular way to burn more fat, improve endurance and build strength.

Circuits

Mondays (6:15pm)

A mix of weights, body weight exercises, band work, kettlebells and whatever else we think of. This class will get you burning those calories and is also a great addition to complement any other sports you might do.

Ultimate Workout

Mondays (7:00pm) & Tuesdays (7:00pm)

Mondays are International Chest Day! We design an effective workout that will get your Upper Body on point. As always, staff are on hand to guide you on technique and offer encouragement!

Ripped HIIT

Tuesdays (6:00pm)

Does what it says on the tin! Expect to lift heavy, push and pull objects, band work – you’ll certainly know that your legs have been worked!

Alternative Yoga

Wednesdays (1:00pm)

Thursdays (1:00pm)

If you want to work hard, have fun and do a variety of exercises this is the class for you. Combining circuit type exercises with kettlebells, free weights and some short runs these classes will get you burning calories and ramping up your fitness.

This is what Sunday Mornings are made for! This class is designed to firm and tone those abdominal muscles and aid your posture. Finish off with nice, freshly brewed coffee or tea!
